G7 Rapid Response Mechanism Announcement on Polish Accession
February 13, 2026
The G7 Rapid Response Mechanism (G7 RRM) welcomes Poland as a new associate member.
The G7 RRM was established by the G7 Leaders at the 2018 G7 Summit in Charlevoix, Quebec, as part of a commitment to promote a rules-based international order and counter foreign threats to democracies. The G7 RRM includes G7 members and associate members, including Australia, New Zealand, NATO, the Netherlands, and Sweden as associate members.
Poland brings valuable experience in countering foreign interference, accompanied by a threat-detection capability and willingness to stand up to malign actors.
